In this Client Success role, you help Gartner clients realize value from their subscriptions by surfacing priorities and mapping Gartner resources to deliver measurable ROI. You onboard and engage diverse client teams, from C-level to practitioners, and collaborate with internal partners to drive service delivery. You’ll use insights to boost satisfaction, retention, and growth, while shaping proactive, value-driven client experiences. This position sits at the heart of Gartner’s advisory mission and AI-enabled transformation.

- Onboard clients and introduce Gartner services to new and prospective clients
- Align Gartner resources with client priorities to maximize ROI on their subscription
- Maintain ongoing client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver services and design solutions
- Surface client challenges and connect clients with Gartner experts and resources
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience
- Fluent English at business level
- Proven track record of success and a passion for delighting clients
