About the Role
We are seeking a Business Generation Manager to partner with Consulting VPs and drive clientâcentric marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, energetic professional who thrives in a fastâpaced environment and is passionate about creating meaningful client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales Support
Mine daily client inquiries for potential leads. Qualify leads with Sales channels (MSE, LE, GE) before escalating to VPs. - Marketing & Campaign Support
Create compelling sales and marketing materials, including email campaigns and adâhoc content for Account Executives. Support client attendance campaigns for Gartner Conferences. - Territory & Relationship Management
Assist VPs with territory management, meeting scheduling, and identifying key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries across multiple business units. - CRM & Reporting
Maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy for biweekly reporting and forecasting. Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years in lead generation or client services (technology sector experience preferred). Familiarity with integrated marketing techniques and content creation is a plus.
- Skills: Selfâstarter with innovative thinking. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to thrive in a fastâpaced environment and think outside the box.
