What you will do:

- Develop in‑depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers or needs and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts.

What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years in Internal Audit and/or Assurance functions.

- Strong track record of leading and delivering internal audit and second‑line assurance engagements in complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., US SOX, UK Corporate Governance Code).
- Extensive experience leading end‑to‑end Internal Audit engagements including planning, execution, review, and executive stakeholder reporting.
- Familiarity with GRC platforms and emerging technologies (e.g., AI‑enabled audit/testing tools) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical capability to synthesize data, identify patterns, and apply frameworks for well‑supported insights.
- Demonstrated executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
