About this role: The Strategy & Operations team supports Global Services & Delivery (GS&D) in continuously improving how we deliver value to our clients. We partner across the business to drive operational initiatives, and ensure programs are implemented effectively and consistently. As a Manager, Data Analytics, you will play a hands‑on role supporting and executing strategic and operational initiatives. This role focuses on complex analysis, project execution, and cross‑functional coordination, working closely with senior team members and business partners to turn ideas into action.

What you'll do:

  • Support strategic initiatives across Gartner Services & Delivery team
  • Own defined project workstreams or components of larger programs, from planning through execution
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and surface insights about the initiatives
  • Build presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
  • Document current‑state processes and help identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness
  • Support execution by tracking progress, risks, and outcomes against defined success metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support program activities
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of professional experience in related roles
  • Client-facing experience (Service/Sales) is strongly preferred. Gartner, internal or comparable external experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyse large datasets and translate raw information into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines, and prioritise workloads
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; experience creating and delivering effective presentations to multiple levels of staff, up to and including the executive level.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong presentation skills
  • No limits mindset – strong ownership of the results, optimistic, and driven to only accept the best for the business.
