We are looking for a Commercially driven, new‑business focused Enterprise Account Executive to partner with senior technology and business leaders across the United Kingdom's largest organizations.

As a Gartner Enterprise Account Executive you will engage with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior executives to address their biggest priorities: AI value realisation, digital transformation, cybersecurity, cost optimisation and business growth.

What You’ll Do

Drive New Business Growth

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new opportunities across large enterprise accounts
  • Build and execute territory plans focused on net‑new business acquisition
  • Engage senior decision makers and become a trusted advisor within the C suite
  • Create and advance high‑value sales opportunities through strategic, consultative selling

Expand Existing Relationships (Whitespace)

  • Uncover new business units, stakeholders, and growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Increase Gartner's footprint through cross‑functional and multi‑product expansion
  • Develop account strategies that drive long‑term client value and revenue growth

Retain and Grow Strategic Accounts

  • Partner with clients to ensure they realise value from Gartner's insights and services
  • Build executive relationships that support long‑term retention and renewal success
  • Identify emerging priorities and align Gartner solutions to evolving business needs

Lead Executive Conversations Around Critical Priorities

  • AI and digital transformation
  • Technology cost optimisation and FinOps
  • Cybersecurity and risk management
  • Data and analytics strategy

What You’ll Need

  • Prior experience with proven direct solution‑based and often complex sales processes with evidence of prior success in sales
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C‑level within large enterprise organisations
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process
  • Proven experience of value‑based, consultative B2B sales
  • Experience prospecting to the C‑suite and senior‑level leadership of enterprise businesses
  • High quick‑learning attributes that enable you to pivot and work through ambiguity
  • Ability to demonstrate strong sales process and strategies
  • Track record of over‑achievement on goals or quotas
  • Prior knowledge and experience of intangible sales processes is highly advantageous
