- Own and manage the end-to-end Analyst One-on-One booking process across assigned conferences.
- Deliver an exceptional attendee experience for all clients engaging in Analyst meetings.
- Configure and manage the online scheduling platform, ensuring agendas are accurate and aligned with program and content teams.
- Conduct ongoing capacity planning to optimize Analyst availability and utilization.
- Partner with Conference Operations to plan and manage space requirements for One-on-One sessions.
- Manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to all internal and external inquiries.
- Collaborate with Gartner Research to ensure all bookings are aligned with client needs and Analyst expertise.
- Travel to onsite conferences to manage the scheduling desk, attendee check-in, and live meeting coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Analyst care, both pre-conference and onsite.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, providing guidance and training on scheduling tools and processes.
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth program execution.
- Support the production of Analyst bio materials in partnership with Marketing and Communications.
- Conduct post-conference reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to financial and expense management guidelines.
