About this role:The Sales Business Analyst serves as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders , delivering advanced data‐driven insights and recommendations that support GBS sales strategy and priorities. This role focuses on executive reporting, translating complex data into actionable guidance and driving business decisions. The SBA plays a key part in developing and implementing sales analytics and data strategy to enhance analytical capabilities and deliver impactful insights for the business.

What you\’ll do:

Serve as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, providing actionable analytics and insights to drive sales productivity, growth and retention across all GBS Sales Regions

Develop, implement and enhance scalable sales analytics, data infrastructure and user‐friendly reporting to support business priorities and decision making

Communicate timely, accurate and visually compelling analytics, highlighting trends in leading and lagging indicators to inform business actions

Manage month‐ and quarter‐end sales processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of business transactions

Lead best practice sharing and foster collaboration across the global GBS SBA team and sales regions

Conduct ad‐hoc and deep‐dive analyses, develop new analytical models and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Support adoption and optimization of sales tools and processes, educating leaders and collecting feedback for continuous improvement

Track and report on core business metrics, supporting GBS financial goals and driving consistency in reporting and productivity efforts

Build strong cross‐functional partnerships with key stakeholders to support analytical and operational excellence

Maintain flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs in a fast‐paced, high‐visibility environment

What you\’ll need:

Bachelor\’s degree is required , Masters or advanced degree a plus.

Minimum of 3‐5 years of working experience preferred in data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, or analytical consulting.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, MS Power Apps Suite, Teams, PPT & PBI).

Proven ability in developing, executing, and managing in‐depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement through executive leadership deliverables and presentations.

Experience structuring analyses, presenting visually and numerically, for an executive audience.

Aptitude for translating strategy into execution in a complex and cross‐functional organization.

Ability to understand KPIs and business analytics, reporting and dashboards, and drive accountability on those data points.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking to large groups.

Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to details, accuracy and data integrity.

Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‐paced environment.

Must have ability to stay ahead in a constantly changing environment.
