You will effectively oversee all aspects of the interview scheduling process, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and provide full support for all business partners to help drive hiring goals across Talent Acquisition. This position demands the ability to identify new process improvements and manage performance to expand the success of the Recruiting Coordinators. It requires an individual to be an indispensable partner to peers, recruiters, and clients, championing their success and embodying the "no limits" mindset. What you’ll do
- Manage and oversee a team of Recruiting Coordinators while providing strong leadership, including handling performance management, reviews, hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching.
- Focus on development, set clear goals, and ensure accountability and ownership.
- Develop strategy and drive execution. Partner with recruiting leadership to plan a short‑ and long‑term strategy for coordination and talent experience.
- Evaluate and develop strategies to enable a high level of productivity and efficiency from the Recruiting Coordinator function.
- Drive the team to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and identify new opportunities to improve the hiring experience, ensuring consistency and compliance across technology platforms for data integrity and service.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews with recruiting and the business. Examine reporting metrics to drive greater efficiency in recruiting pipelines through shortening timelines and SLAs.
- Ensure equitable allocation of workload across the RC team and recommend re‑deployment as appropriate.
- Help develop metrics and mechanisms to measure the success of the team and services they provide.
- Identify areas for future process improvement based on Gartner and the HR organization’s strategic direction.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team on change management initiatives.
- Assist with efforts across geographical regions to resolve or manage ongoing operational issues/processes, and collaborate on key initiatives and projects.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong program management skills; experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and coach the recruiting coordinator team at varying levels with 3‑5 years of related work experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to recognize and reward the contributions of others.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to influence and inspire others to achieve great results.
