About this role Global Marketing Program Manager in Gartner's Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) team.
Responsible for developing and executing experiential marketing programs that convert prospects into clients, support sales teams, and drive revenue growth.
What you’ll do Act as regional lead for program strategy and execution of core Experiential Marketing prospect engagement programs – virtual and in‑person – for highly qualified prospects.
Work closely with regional Sales Operations and Sales leadership to enable the Sales organization to maximize success with Experiential Marketing programs.
Serve as main point of contact for the salesforce within selected regions (e.g., Europe), ensuring participation meets qualification criteria and setting clear expectations.
Act as center of excellence (adapt program strategy to regional needs, lead Sales training, develop communications, support best‑practice execution, etc.).
Collaborate with other regional Experiential Marketing program leads to ensure consistent execution across regions and sharing of best practices globally.
Partner with Integrated and Digital Marketing teams to create seamless pre‑event marketing campaigns, onsite experiences (when in‑person) and post‑event communications.
Execute programs for a portfolio of events/experiences throughout the year, managing programs according to playbooks provided by global leads.
Lead measurement and success of programs, including reporting, analysis and interpretation of trends, and continuously innovate to improve the prospect experience.
Coordinate needs of various stakeholders and ensure consistency and optimum utilization of Gartner resources (analysts, budget, locations, etc.).
Collaborate with key stakeholders including Sales leadership, Research & Advisory, Service Delivery, Conferences, and others to accomplish goals.
What you’ll need 5–8 years of business, project management, and/or marketing experience.
Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of meeting targets and objectives.
Experience partnering with, coaching, supporting, and enabling Sales organizations.
Experience executing multiple highly complex and/or strategic programs and activities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including tailoring communication to audience.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across multiple levels.
Strategic, critical thinking, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Event‑planning and organization skills with strong project‑management skills.
Limited travel required (10–15%).
