About this role The Strategy & Operations team supports Global Services & Delivery (GS&D) in continuously improving how we deliver value to our clients. We partner across the business to drive operational initiatives and ensure programs are implemented effectively and consistently. As a Manager, Data Analytics, you will play a hands‑on role supporting and executing strategic and operational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives across Gartner Services & Delivery team.
- Own defined project workstreams or components of larger programs, from planning through execution.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and surface insights about the initiatives.
- Build presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Document current‑state processes and help identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Support execution by tracking progress, risks, and outcomes against defined success metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support program activities.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in related roles.
- Client‑facing experience (Service/Sales) is strongly preferred. Gartner, internal or comparable external experience.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate raw information into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize workloads.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; experience creating and delivering effective presentations to multiple levels of staff, up to and including the executive level.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong presentation skills.
- No limits mindset – strong ownership of the results, optimistic, and driven to only accept the best for the business.
