About this role
This role requires a highly motivated, achievement‑driven Account Executive to contribute to double‑digit growth for Gartner Global Exhibitor Sales (GES) by building relationships with senior executives within leading IT vendor organizations and driving conference exhibitor sales.
What you will do
- Achieve quota and grow Total Sales Bookings (TSB) to ensure net revenue growth for your portfolio.
- Plan accounts and manage territory effectively.
- Prospect and collaborate with lead generation to maintain/exceed a pipeline goal of 3x the sales forecast value.
- Coordinate across Gartner lines of business for inter‑departmental resource utilization.
- Renewal activities focused on client needs and high‑level relationship development.
- Develop integrated solutions based on contract offerings.
- Maintain solid business acumen and industry expertise.
- Forecast revenue 30/60/90 days out with ±5% accuracy.
- Adhere to internal sales enablement tools (Salesforce.com, booking process).
- Deliver high‑quality presentations in the Gartner format.
- Travel to ≥5 conferences per year plus client meetings and competitive conferences.
