Conference Registration Partners (CRP) are client-facing and focused on driving increased utilization of outstanding tickets that are issued to Gartner clients or purchased as stand-alone. This allows the Conference Attendance Sales associate (CAS) to spend their time on revenue-generating activities, resulting in increased CAS sales and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain CAS and Research Account Executive relationships within territory.
  • Conduct Account Planning sessions with the account team.
  • Work with ticketholders to align them to the proper conference based on their role and initiatives, help them register, and plan their conference agenda.
  • During ticketholder conversations, uncover potential upsell opportunities and request referrals to forward on to the CAS.
  • CRP associates will be primarily measured on the level of increased ticket utilization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0–4 years of business experience, or entry-level with strong internship experience.
  • Experience working with senior-level executives preferred.
