Community Program Manager

The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C‑level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive‑level engagement and community management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong ability to foster relationships, and a passion for creating impactful experiences for our members.

Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement and Management: Execute on C‑level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C‑level executives. Foster strong relationships with community member executives, understanding their needs and priorities and ensuring their active participation. Facilitate peer‑to‑peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.
  • Program Development and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs. Be responsible for all client‑facing aspects of in‑person and virtual programs, including communicating with C‑level executive members and sponsors. Travel to in‑person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC for in‑person programs, which does include some public speaking in front of a live audience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support. Partner with content to design high‑impact programs that align with the interests and needs of the C‑level community. Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track community engagement, program success, and member satisfaction. Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required.
  • Business‑to‑business experience highly preferred.
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships and offering value‑added, insightful, and strategic insight into their business.
