Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Analyst One-on-One booking process across assigned conferences
  • Deliver an exceptional attendee experience for all clients engaging in Analyst meetings
  • Configure and manage the online scheduling platform, ensuring agendas are accurate and aligned with program and content teams
  • Conduct ongoing capacity planning to optimize Analyst availability and utilization
  • Partner with Conference Operations to plan and manage space requirements for One-on-One sessions
  • Manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to all internal and external inquiries
  • Collaborate with Gartner Research to ensure all bookings are aligned with client needs and Analyst expertise
  • Travel to onsite conferences to manage the scheduling desk, attendee check-in, and live meeting coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Analyst care, both pre-conference and onsite
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, providing guidance and training on scheduling tools and processes
  • Communicate effectively across stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth program execution
  • Support the production of Analyst bio materials in partnership with Marketing and Communications
  • Conduct post-conference reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to financial and expense management guidelines

Between 1-3 years working in a corporate or professional services environment.

Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and customer service skills preferred.
