King’s Academy Easthampstead Park is seeking a trauma-informed Behaviour Support Officer to join our team and act as a critical pillar of support for our school community. Our student profile includes many with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and SEMH needs; you will bridge pastoral care and behaviour management to keep classrooms safe and inclusive, enabling teachers to sustain disruption-free learning.
