Join our nurturing and ambitious school community. We are currently seeking a friendly, organised and committed part-time school administrator / receptionist to join our team. Winkfield St Mary’s C of E Primary School is a warm and welcoming single-form entry school, with an inclusive and caring ethos.

As School Receptionist, you will:

  • Provide a positive welcome to pupils, parents and visitors
  • Lead the day-to-day administration of the school office
  • Support communication, safeguarding, data and organisational systems

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working in a child-centred, values-led environment
  • Is a team player but also able to work independently
  • Is highly organised, calm and professional
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
  • Is proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience of using SIMS is desirable but not essential.

The required working hours are 8:30 am – 3:45 pm Monday and Tuesday, school term time only. You may be required to attend training on INSET days. Visits would be warmly welcomed to get a ‘feel’ for our amazing school.
