We are seeking to appoint a talented, dynamic and committed individual with a big heart to the post of House Mentor to work alongside the well established leadership team in Haverhsam house.
As a key member of the pastoral team, you will work closely with the Head of House, Assistant Head of House and wider school staff to support pupils' personal development, wellbeing and academic success. This is a rewarding opportunity to mentor young people, help them overcome barriers to learning, improve attendance and behaviour, and make a genuine difference to their school experience.
The successful candidate will possess the skills, confidence and aptitude to work effectively with our young people and their families. Prospective candidates are advised to study the person specification and job description carefully before applying.
