Salary: BFBC I6–9 - £25,989 - £27,254 plus LW (pro rated for term time working) according to experience.

Location: Whitegrove Primary School, Westmorland Drive, Warfield, Bracknell.

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time/Part Time/Term Time

Hours: Minimum 3 days a week - negotiable for the right candidate.

Whitegrove is a large, successful and over-subscribed primary school on the north-east side of Bracknell. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our talented staff team. The Finance Assistant will support the School Business and Operations Manager by carrying out finance duties relating to procurement, purchasing, lettings and other aspects of finance and compliance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of working in a finance role in a business or education environment.
  • Good organisation skills, be methodical and have the ability to prioritise.
  • Proficient IT skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to relate to children and families and maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive attitude approach to problem solving.
  • Initiative and be unflappable under pressure in order to meet the needs of the school.
