Garstang Medical Practice is seeking a motivated CDM Nurse to join our large, friendly multidisciplinary team in Garstang. The role is 18 hours per week with fixed days Tuesday and Friday, focusing on clinical reviews and holistic patient care.
You will provide vaccination/immunisation, phlebotomy, ECGs and health checks, alongside chronic disease management for common conditions, within a supportive NHS primary care environment.
