We are now looking for an exceptional FOH Team Member to join our talented front-of-house team and play a key role in the continued success of this much-loved Bermondsey Street institution.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a food-focused pub or restaurant and be passionate about delivering an outstanding, guest-first experience across both bar and dining spaces. You will have an understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of hospitality, including stock control, compliance, team development, and wider business performance, with the confidence to support BOH operations where required.

What we look for in a FOH Team Member:
- Experience of working in restaurants or high-end gastro food lead pub
- Knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits and beers
- Experience championing excellent service through delivering quality food
- An active hands-on person with excellent communication skills
- A pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
