The Garrick in Stratford-upon-Avon is offering an Apprentice Chef position with Urban Heritage. You will develop culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen, learning to prepare, cook and present dishes to meet high standards.
This apprenticeship blends work-based training with mentor support, and includes access to Lifetime Training's Chef Academy, four masterclasses, and the chance to gain a Level 2 Production Chef qualification. Expect evening and weekend shifts as part of your role.
