A Medical Healthcare Assistant (HCA) plays a vital role in supporting doctors, nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality patient care. Working under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals, the HCA provides essential clinical and personal care to patients while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the medical service. About Us:
Garretts Green Lane Surgery is a small practice in B26. We are a family run surgery, with 2 GPs, Nurse prescriber, 3 reception staff, secretary and pharmacy team - along with a paramedic, social prescriber, physiotherapist and mental health workers.
Person Specification:
Experience:
- 1-2 years medical HCA experience within secondary or primary care.
- Experience in GP setting desirable.
