As Pre-School Manager, you will take a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the setting. You will work closely with our staff team, children, families and committee to ensure the pre-school continues to provide a safe, welcoming and high-quality environment for every child.

- Is organised, proactive and able to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy pre-school.
- Is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming and nurturing environment for all children and families.
An income equivalent to or more than the National Minimum Wage (NMW) can be achieved and, depending upon the age of the successful applicant, a rate of pay equivalent to or more than the National Living Wage (when enacted) and as amended from time to time.
