Title: PR Account Manager (B2B PR agency)

Are you an experienced PR professional, journalist or technical writer with a talent for turning complex subjects into compelling content?

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in producing exceptional work, spots opportunities others miss and becomes a trusted extension of their clients' teams.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Surrey-based agency

We're looking for a dynamic PR Account Manager to join our high-performing team in Carshalton, Surrey (within the London Borough of Sutton).

This is a rare opportunity to join the agency as we recruit a replacement for a valued colleague who is relocating overseas.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who genuinely enjoys getting under the skin of complex subjects and has the curiosity, judgement and writing ability to become a trusted expert in our clients' businesses.

You'll inherit a portfolio of established accounts and benefit from a comprehensive introduction to them as part of our thorough induction process.

Celebrating our 60th anniversary this year, we hold the PRCA’s Communications Management Standard (CMS) at its highest Platinum tier.

It’s a recognised hallmark of excellence in PR & communications, and we are proud to have held this accreditation for longer than any other agency.

The role

Writing is at the heart of this role.

You'll be responsible for producing accurate, engaging and persuasive content on often technical or complex topics, translating specialist knowledge into communications that resonate with media, stakeholders and target audiences – via technical articles, press releases, case studies, advertorials, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, web copy, video scripts, and both short- and long-form social media posts.

You’ll develop a strong understanding of each client’s products, technology and brand – ensuring tone, personality and accuracy are consistent across every channel.

Reporting to our Account Director and Senior Account Director team, you’ll lead day-to-day account delivery, build trusted client relationships, pitch stories that secure high-quality coverage, collaborate with our in-house design team, support social channel growth, attend meetings & shows, and contribute to the successful running of client events.

Hybrid working

We’ve embraced hybrid working and are committed to the benefits it brings to our team and the business.

We work together in our spacious Carshalton-based office (which underwent a major refurb in the first half of 2026) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Mondays and Wednesdays can be worked from home or the office, and Fridays are fully remote.

You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues who deliver outstanding results for clients, with this role focussed primarily on the animal health and veterinary sectors – although as an agency, we also have extensive experience in automotive, aviation, human health and transport/logistics.
