The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Location: Predominantly Hull based with travel when required.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Management Surveyor to join our growing management team. This is a key role supporting the Lead Director in the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, primarily across Yorkshire, with additional client instructions in the Midlands and North East.

You will take responsibility for your own portfolio, delivering day-to-day property management, service charge management, lease advisory, and oversight of maintenance and building works. The role combines office-based work with site inspections and regular liaison with clients, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
  • Service charge budgeting, monitoring, approvals and reporting
  • Rent reviews and lease renewals, working closely with agency colleagues
  • Managing maintenance, repairs and building works within budgets
  • Ensuring statutory and lease compliance across the portfolio
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives

About You

  • MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
  • Proven experience in commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters
  • Experience with rent reviews, lease renewals and property accounts
  • Well organised, proactive and client-focused
