As a F&B Team Member, you’ll deliver friendly, professional service across our restaurants, bars, and room service, playing a key role in shaping memorable guest experiences. Objectives of this role:

  • Deliver warm and professional service across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Accurately take and serve orders to guests in a timely manner.
  • Keep dining areas clean, prepared, and well-stocked for service.
  • Respond to guest needs and feedback with courtesy and care.
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Upsell food, drinks, and special offers where appropriate.
  • Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Avoid waste by following portion guidelines and reporting low stock.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation procedures.
  • Contribute to positive guest experiences that drive repeat business.
  • Support efficient service flow to maximise cover turnover.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales, speed of service, or guest satisfaction.

Responsible Business

  • Follow all health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure safe handling of food, beverages, and service equipment.
  • Treat all guests and colleagues fairly and respectfully.
  • Comply with hotel sustainability policies (e.g., waste sorting, energy saving).
  • Wear uniform and PPE as required and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Report hazards, incidents, or equipment faults promptly.
  • Protect guest privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards including any hotel-specific brand standards.
  • Complete all E-learning and mandatory training within required timeframes.
