About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join our Financial Incentives team. This role will report to the Head of Product Design. In this role, you'll work across the user-facing experiences and internal tools that power the claims and payments engine behind our product. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and research teams to design tools that are effective, scalable, and impactful—for both our members and our internal stakeholders.

Where You Will Work

This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What You Will Do

  • Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery and concepting through to launch with our Financial Incentives Team.
  • Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems in payments, claims, and eligibility.
  • Lead and participate in user research efforts to bring user insights into every stage of the design process.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences that improve efficiency for internal teams and delight our members.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define problem spaces, and advocate for thoughtful design solutions.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system and component libraries.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

The Ideal Candidate Has

  • 2–3+ years of experience designing digital products—ideally across both internal tools and consumer-facing applications.
  • Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation and research through to polished UI and implementation support.
  • A clean and modern aesthetic sensibility—you design for clarity, simplicity, and delight.
  • Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you're able to synthesize feedback and advocate for users.
  • A self-starting, humble mindset—you seek out feedback, challenge assumptions, and iterate based on real-world evidence.
  • A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary to ensure success.
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
