We are seeking a skilled and proactive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at the newly refurbished Garner Elgin hotel set to reopen in Summer 2026.

Housekeeping Manager , you will lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the housekeeping team to achieve daily and long-term targets
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to brand standards
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet inspection criteria
- Manage department budget, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Drive cleanliness audits and respond to feedback
- Schedule rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Maintain health & safety and COSHH compliance across the team
