Purpose of the Job
This role is responsible for all Inventory and warehouse admin associated tasks at the Eastleigh warehouse.
Key Duties;
· Provide support for any Warehouse administration tasks, this can include but not limited to: Creating and/or printing shipping documentation (Commercial Invoices, etc.), communicating with customers (send copies of shipping documentation), assist with organising transportation, running manifests, backordering and other general administration tasks.
· Assist with pallet build tasks for NL consol shipments.
· General support for truck loading through-out the day
· Provide support on all other Warehousing tasks when required. This may include picking, packing, checking and shipping.
· Suggest improvements in documentation throughput and material handling to increase accuracy, efficiency and traceability.
Carry out any other work as requested by Warehouse Management
· Look to improve or maintain inventory accuracy where possible.
Ensure all documentation is completed as accurately as possible to avoid shipment delays
Education & Experience;
· Flexible and co-operative attitude
· Willing to work on own, in a team and on a variety of tasks
· Numerate
· Diligent and accurate with strong attention to detail.
· Delivery focused with the ability to work to daily shipping deadlines
· MHE experience preferable
PC skills preferred
