About the Role
This role places an electrical engineer directly at an active customer construction site, serving as the on-the-ground electrical presence. You will support day‑to‑day field questions, coordinate with construction teams, and escalate complex design issues to the engineering group. Over time, this position is intended to grow into a full substation engineering role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite electrical support during construction and buildout activities
- Coordinate with construction teams and respond to daily electrical questions
- Interface with the engineering team for higher‑complexity design issues
- Represent the firm professionally at the customer site

- Support medium‑voltage design and project engineering tasks as needed
Required Qualifications

- Ability to interpret one‑line diagrams and switchgear layouts
- Medium‑voltage distribution familiarity
