This is a broad and dynamic role that will involve supporting multiple teams across the business.
Responsibilities will include advising on client matters related to fundraising and secondary mandates—such as drafting and negotiating engagement letters—as well as providing legal support for the firm’s internal investment vehicle and its investments into client-managed funds.
