The role is permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week (term time plus 5 days) starting November 2026, focusing on promoting the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and those facing barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will work within a supportive academy culture, contribute to safeguarding, wellbeing initiatives, and collaborates with staff to translate policy into practice across KS4/KS5.
