Garforth Academy is seeking to appoint a HLTA to join our team in October 2025 on a part-time, permanent basis.

Your new role
As a HLTA, you will support teachers in delivering the curriculum and contribute to the development of support staff, pupils, and academy policies. You will collaborate with teaching staff, assist in planning and resource management, supervise classes during short-term absences, and support pupils\β welfare and inclusion. You will use your advanced skills to assist with planning, monitoring, assessing, and encouraging independent learning to raise achievement standards.
Hours: 32.5 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 Days (39 Weeks) / Permanent
