Garforth Academy is looking to appoint a Learning Manager to join our academy in September 2026 on a full‑time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support student learning through the use of data, strategic intervention, and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment.

Salary & work hours:

  • Salary: Grade G Points 20–24 (£32,597–£35,412 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro‑rata. The minimum actual pro‑rata salary per annum for this role starts at £29,870.68.
  • Hours: 37 hours per week during term time plus 15 days (41 weeks) per year.
