We are immensely proud that in November 2024 the Academy was graded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted. Some of the key areas that were highlighted in the report include:

  • The school has high aspirations for students and Teachers are experts in their subjects.
  • Students consistently meet the school's high expectations of their conduct, and the school's strong pastoral support helps students if they do struggle to meet these expectations.
  • Students, including disadvantaged students achieve extremely well across the breadth of the subjects that they study. This is reflected in consistently high outcomes in exams.
  • Staff are well supported by leaders at all levels. The school provides them with high quality training. This includes detailed information on how to support students with SEND in lessons.

The report reflects the exceptional work and dedication of each and every member of our whole community and is an amazing achievement, which we are incredibly proud of. We are confident our Academy provides a fantastic teaching environment, whether you are beginning your career or looking to further develop it, and we would encourage you to come and see for yourself!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding team within a high-performing multi academy trust with exciting career prospects for successful applicants.
