This premier US and international law firm has a stand-out new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving London FS Regulatory team.
Their well-established and highly rated FSR team acts for an impressive and stellar client list, which includes leading global private equity firms, alternative investment funds, fund managers, and investment advisers. Their broad practice centers particularly on:
- Handling the FSR aspects of high-end sector transactions.
- Advising major FS clients on a variety of regulatory mandates and compliance with UK and EU regulation.
- Advising extensively on regulation within the private investment fund sector, including assisting major investment firms with requirements of SMCR, MiFID II, and AIFMD.
The London FSR team is accordingly seeking a UK non-contentious financial regulatory lawyer who has a diverse skill set and broad experience in providing day-to-day regulatory advice (particularly in the areas of regulated transactions and/or investment funds).
Excellent experience in managing client relationships and the interpersonal skills to fit into a collegiate yet dynamic and high-performing team will also be needed.
