You’re imagining a world where you lead socials in a fresh, creative way, for a disruptor brand and make B2B cool. Here’s your chance: we’re building Mintago to be just that. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to bring that strategy to life - creating, publishing, and community-building that keeps Mintago at the center of the conversation.

You are the type of person who sees a boring B2B LinkedIn post and thinks "I could make this 10x more engaging". You build genuine community connections and bring real energy to every platform. Most importantly, you love being on camera and feel super comfortable with being the face and voice of a brand. You’ll be the human bridge between Mintago and our audience: our buyers (companies) and our users (employees). This is a creative, tech-savvy, hands-on role of a strategic storyteller.

What You’ll Own

  • Social creative & community building
  • Day-to-day presence across LinkedIn & Meta
  • Foster genuine two-way conversations, not broadcast and disappear
  • Identify and partner with brand advocates, creators, and micro influencers
  • Test new channels such as Reddit or Youtube or content formats
  • Content that breaks through
  • Create thumb-stopping content that makes finances feel actionable, engaging and fun
  • Video first - you’re the face and voice of Mintago humanising the brand
  • Develop our brand voice that's smart, helpful, and refreshingly human
  • Support founder personal branding and thought leadership (not corporate fluff)
  • Keep up with internet culture, tech trends, and know when to lean in or stay authentic
  • Spot opportunities for creative campaigns that other B2B brands wouldn't dare try

Community Activation

  • Execute online and offline experiences (AMAs, challenges, virtual hangouts, meetups)
  • Organise virtual events and webinars that provide genuine value to our community
  • Manage review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, Capterra) and encourage positive advocacy
  • Build opportunities for in-person events that can translate into online and vice-versa

Analytics & Strategy

  • Track engagement metrics and community sentiment to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic insights
  • Use AI & automation to drive scale, without losing authenticity
  • Turn community insights into actionable feedback for the wider team

What Excites You

  • You get inspired by human creativity and apply it in a business context
  • Being the person behind the brand other B2B companies name when they say: “I want our socials to be like that”
  • Making B2B content people actually want to watch, share, and talk about
  • Building a community that feels like one - not just a follower count
  • Genuine curiosity about what makes online communities tick
  • Turning customer pain points into conversations that actually help people
  • Creating repeatable playbooks and playing with content formats that break the mold
  • Test, learn, repeat - and using AI to do it faster without losing the human touch behind it
  • Working with a brand who gives you the framework and the freedom to run with it.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in social media or community management, preferably B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Meta - the algorithm, the culture, what actually works
  • Comfortable, engaging and confident on camera
  • Excellent written communication with a tone that's human, witty, and authentic
  • Experience with social management & monitoring platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, BuzzSumo etc.)
  • Data-driven - you report beyond metrics and connect social to the wider customer journey
  • Creative strategic thinking with ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives
  • Experience organising online events such as webinars, Instagram live to engage etc.
  • Hands-on experience with utilising AI and automation to create, edit, and scale social campaigns (AI clips, comments, video, creative, copy etc.)
  • Expertise in graphic design and video editing tools (Figma & Adobe, Capcut, Descript etc.)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment, where wearing multiple hats is just the job
  • An impressive portfolio full of creative B2B examples that are genuinely unique

Benefits

  • Your work kit (MacBook Pro).
  • Hybrid and flexible work
  • Budget for equipment to set up your home office.
  • A flexible company discretionary unlimited leave policy + your birthday off.
  • A £300 yearly budget for your own learning and development.
  • Private medical insurance (provided by Vitality)
  • Life insurance (provided by MetLife)
  • Cash plan (provided by Medicash)
  • Enhanced Parental Leave that increases with tenure (1st at 9 months and 2nd level at 2 years)

Mintago Pack Benefits
