Job Responsibilities

  • Review and process automotive warranty claims, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Conduct desktop assessments using photographic evidence and diagnostic reports to establish the root cause of failure and validate claim legitimacy through technical debate.
  • Assess repair estimates, parts pricing, and labour costs to negotiate accurate claim settlements in line with warranty coverage and industry standards.
  • Communicate across consumers, independent repairers, and supplying dealers; ensuring difficult decisions or adjustments are delivered with commercial tact, empathy, and professional diplomacy.
  • Protect the consumer journey and support our dealer clients' ongoing business by balancing strict contract alignment with constructive, balanced technical debate.
  • Investigate potential fraudulent claims and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Maintain detailed claim records in the system for auditing and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in automobile warranty claims, insurance adjusting, or automotive repair/service.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and labour time guides.
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple claims.
  • Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office.
