What You’ll Work On

You’ll be primarily focused on developing and enhancing XccelerAIte’s growing portfolio of automotive SaaS and AI products. Working alongside our wider engineering team, you’ll help drive innovation, push boundaries and build scalable software solutions using modern technologies. We encourage curiosity, fresh thinking and embracing emerging technologies, including leveraging AI to enhance how we design, develop and deliver software.

Your Role

At the core of our tech stack is Vue.js (front end), .NET (backend), and MS SQL Server. You’ll also get exposure to AWS cloud services, and opportunities to contribute to architecture, best practices, DevOps and the evolution of our SaaS platform.

You’ll thrive in our collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll take features through the full SDLC with a “you build it, you run it” mentality. We follow Kanban, not Scrum—our approach is fast and fluid, minimizing bureaucracy so you can focus on what really matters: delivering high-quality software and continually improving our products.

What we are looking for

If you’re passionate about technology and problem-solving, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will:

• Understand software engineering principles including design, implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance.
• Build, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, challenge conventional thinking and develop innovative, scalable solutions that deliver real value.
• Embrace modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, to accelerate development, improve productivity and continuously enhance software quality.
• Be comfortable working in a global environment with platforms distributed across Europe, America, UAE, and Australia.

Your Background

• Forward-thinking, curious and proactive engineer who embraces emerging technologies, experiments with new tools and challenges traditional ways of working.
• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI and modern development tools to improve engineering efficiency, accelerate delivery and unlock new possibilities.
• Experience working in Agile (preferably Kanban)
• Strong communication skills
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience

Tech Skills We Would Love to See

• JavaScript / HTML / CSS (Vue.js experience preferred)
• Microsoft .NET C#
• MS SQL Server / T-SQL
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Docker
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, OOP, SOLID, and Clean Code
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit testing / front-end testing) is highly desirable
• Experience with, or a keen interest in, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar.
