As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Executive to play a pivotal role in our growth journey.
Your Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a key member of our Operations team. You will own the onboarding of new dealers onto our systems, deliver rate changes and new product set-ups, resolve dealer issues quickly, and keep our telephony platform running smoothly. We are looking for someone who can be trusted with tasks of varying complexity, takes ownership, and knows when to seek advice without being asked. This role will suit someone who is accurate, with a keen eye for detail, and who is confident working independently. You will be comfortable juggling several live dealer issues at once while keeping onboarding and rate changes on track, and you will have the technical curiosity to get to the bottom of API and system problems. Experience in administration, service delivery or dealer support is ideal, and a background in automotive, finance or insurance would be a bonus.
Key Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end onboarding of new dealers and dealer groups onto our systems, to agreed timelines.
- Implement rate changes and new product set-ups in collaboration with the pricing and compliance teams, ensuring accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve dealer issues quickly and effectively, including API and registration problems, escalating where appropriate.
- Administer the Daktela telephony system and deliver improvements to streamline it when required.
- Manage a varied workload of operational tasks, using your own judgement and seeking advice unprompted when needed.
- Support the implementation of new processes and procedures, identifying and delivering improvements to existing ones.
- Process and report on data accurately.
- Produce and maintain version control of company documents, such as manuals, policies, procedures and guidelines, and administer the e-learning platform.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers, key clients and colleagues across the business.
- Support the delivery of wider business objectives.
