This is a new business-focused role, responsible for generating opportunities, winning new accounts, and driving revenue across both insured and non-insured products. This is not a people management role – it is about hunting new business, influencing stakeholders, and delivering commercial results.

The Role

Based in the Midlands, you will initially operate across the UK, using a mix of on-site visits and remote engagement via Teams to win and grow business. Your primary focus will be new business development, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities within the automotive sector. While the role is new business-led, there will also be opportunities to upsell within existing accounts where appropriate.

You will:

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities
  • Drive sales of GardX insured and non-insured products
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within dealerships
  • Influence and support F&I performance to maximise product uptake
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and commercial proposals
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing networks where appropriate
  • Manage your pipeline effectively and deliver against revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a driven, resilient, and commercially focused individual with a strong track record in new business sales.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in new business sales within the automotive sector
  • Strong F&I experience and understanding of dealership environments
  • A track record of winning new accounts and driving revenue growth
  • The ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on results
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK as required

  • £40,000 basic salary
  • OTE of c.£52,000 (£12K commission)
  • Company car or car allowance
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • Additional day off for your birthday
  • Access to Perkbox, EAP, and healthcare support
  • Onsite gym and other company benefits
