We are now looking for a National Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth and success of our key client accounts.
Your Role:
- As a National Account Manager, you will take full ownership of our most strategically important accounts, building strong, multi-threaded relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This is a senior, field-based role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on client engagement and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop 1 Platinum or 2 Gold accounts, responsible for ~67% of gross margin.
- Act as the primary point of ownership for client relationships, revenue, retention, and satisfaction.
- Immerse yourself in client businesses, spending 1-2 days per week on-site as required.
- Lead, mentor, and guide KAMs and RAMs, ensuring consistent performance and development.
- Deliver tailored account strategies, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Monitor account risks, retention challenges, and proactively implement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure client success.
- Track and report on account performance, financials, and KPIs.
