Job Type: Full-time

Are you looking for a software engineering role where you can work on cutting-edge projects, make a real impact, and have fun while doing it? With an exciting roadmap and a packed backlog, there’s never a dull moment here!

What You’ll Work On

  • Xcceleraite – Our brand-new tech startup, delivering AI-enriched solutions to our network of car dealers and partners. We’ve built an AI Video solution from the ground up, and with our rapid growth, we need your help to add new features and enhancements!
  • GardX Connect – An interconnected digital ecosystem that supports customers from purchase to product management. You’ll be working on solutions that improve customer experience and streamline processes.
  • iGard – Our in‑house product platform is due for a complete rebuild in 2025. This is your chance to shape a next-generation system from scratch, optimizing underwriting, pricing, quoting, policy fulfillment, claims handling, and reporting.
  • Business Optimisation – By H2 2026, we aim to integrate disconnected logistics, sales, and finance systems to drive efficiency through automation and smart integrations.

Your Role

At the core of our tech stack is Vue.js (front end), .NET (backend), and MS SQL Server. You’ll also get exposure to AWS cloud services, and opportunities to contribute to architecture, best practices, and DevOps. You’ll thrive in our collaborative, fast‑paced environment where you’ll take features through the full SDLC with a “you build it, you run it” mentality. We favour modular monoliths over microservices, focusing on simplicity and scalability. We follow Kanban, not Scrum—our approach is fast and fluid, minimizing bureaucracy so you can focus on what really matters: delivering high‑quality software.

What We’re Looking For

  • Understand software engineering principles including design, implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance.
  • Build, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and propose solutions.
  • Support our industry partners in developing strategic tech initiatives.
  • Be comfortable working in a global environment with platforms distributed across Europe, America, UAE, and Australia.

Your Background

  • Self‑starter who thrives with minimal direction.
  • Experience working in Agile (preferably Kanban).
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • MS SQL Server / T‑SQL.
  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
  • Docker.
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns, OOP, SOLID, and Clean Code.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit testing/ front‑end testing) is highly desirable.

Why Join GardX?

  • Work on innovative, high‑impact projects in AI, digital ecosystems, and automation.
  • Build globally distributed, scalable platforms.
  • Be part of an agile, forward‑thinking team that values collaboration and simplicity.
  • Shape a next‑gen platform from the ground up.
