Love working with customers, technology and data? We are looking for someone to join our growing digital team at GardX, helping some of the UK's automotive retailers, dealer groups and OEM partners get more from our digital merchandising technology. This isn't a traditional customer service role.
You will build relationships with customers, help them get the best from our technology, look at how their digital products are performing and use data to identify opportunities to improve results. If you're confident with customers, commercially minded and enjoy technology, this could be a great next step in your career.
What you will be doing
- You will manage relationships with your own portfolio of automotive customers, supporting them from onboarding onwards.
- Build strong relationships with dealerships, dealer groups and OEM partners.
- Help new customers get up and running successfully.
- Deliver online demonstrations, training and best-practice sessions.
- Encourage customers to make greater use of our digital products and features.
- Review dashboards and performance data to understand what's working.
- Turn data into straightforward recommendations customers can act on.
- Spot opportunities to improve customer performance and engagement.
- Resolve day-to-day questions and coordinate any issues internally.
- Work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to support customer retention and growth.
Who we are looking for
You don't necessarily need to have worked in Customer Success before. You could currently be working in automotive, account management, customer service, digital, SaaS or a commercially focused support role and be looking for your next step. What matters to us is that you're:
- Naturally good at building relationships.
- Confident speaking with customers.
- Comfortable learning and demonstrating technology.
- Interested in data and what it tells you.
- Commercially aware and able to spot opportunities.
- Organised and comfortable managing several customers at once.
- Proactive – you don't wait for customers to tell you there's a problem.
Experience within automotive retail or digital/SaaS technology would be a real advantage, but we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and potential.
Why GardX?
Join an ambitious business where you can develop your skills and build a career in the growing automotive technology sector. You will also receive:
- 24 days' holiday, increasing with length of service
- Your birthday off
- Hybrid working
- 4pm finish on Fridays
- On-site gym
- Personal Trainer sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Company pension
- Perkbox
