Your Role: You will be responsible for investigating and assessing claims on our product range to determine the extent of the liability, make a fair settlement with the claimant. Investigating the facts of the claim, collect and review the evidence, inspect and assess damage details, and interview relevant parties in order to determine the validity and value of the claim. You must be able to negotiate settlements, detect fraud, and use your knowledge to work towards a fair resolution. Full training will be provided.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Carrying out investigations and gathering evidence.
  • Assessing claims and determining liabilities.
  • Negotiating settlements.
  • Making recommendations to insurers.
  • Liaising with claimants, clients and third parties.
  • Adhere to the claim's procedure and service levels.
  • Maintain system case records.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to identify customer vulnerabilities and act accordingly.
  • Maintaining positive internal and external relationships.
