About the Role
Are you an experienced account manager with a passion for client relationships and business growth? We are looking for a Regional Account Manager (RAM) to join our dynamic team, managing key client relationships in the automobile sector. This role is critical in driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimising the performance of our industry-leading protection products and services.
As the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, you’ll be responsible for developing strong partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering strategic insights that enhance client success. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication. Act as the main point of contact for resolving issues and proactively identifying client needs. Provide tailored solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets within assigned accounts. Develop account strategies to increase penetration, upsell, and cross-sell products and services. Ensure high retention rates by securing contract renewals and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Analyse client performance and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (currently Workbooks) to track progress and engagement. Deliver regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and return on investment.
- Collaboration & Strategy Implementation: Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, and product) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution. Provide feedback on market needs to drive product improvements and innovation. Implement strategic account development plans with autonomy while aligning with company objectives.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all client engagements comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Promote ethical business practices and uphold high standards in all interactions. Manage appointments and workload efficiently to maximize time with key accounts.
