Your Role
You will be responsible for investigating and assessing claims on our product range to determine the extent of liability, negotiate fair settlements, detect fraud, and use industry knowledge to work toward a fair resolution. This includes collecting evidence, inspecting damage, interviewing parties, and collaborating with insurers and claimants.
Key Accountabilities
- Carrying out investigations and gathering evidence
- Assessing claims and determining liabilities
- Negotiating settlements
- Making recommendations to insurers
- Liaising with claimants, clients and third parties
- Adhering to claim procedures and service levels
- Maintaining system case records
- Assisting with data analysis and reporting
- Identifying customer vulnerabilities and acting accordingly
