GardX Group is seeking an Operations Executive to join the team in Portsmouth. You will own onboarding of new dealers, implement rate changes and new product set-ups, and resolve dealer issues while ensuring smooth operation of our systems.
The role requires accuracy, independence and the ability to manage multiple live dealer issues alongside onboarding tasks. You will handle API and registration problems, administer the Daktela telephony system, and contribute to process improvements.
