Are you an experienced SMART Repair or Paint Technician looking for great earning potential without being based in the same workshop every day? GO Smart is one of the UK's largest independent SMART repair companies, and we're looking for an experienced technician to join our growing mobile team. You will start from home each day, travelling to pre-booked customers across your area in a fully equipped company van. All jobs are triaged before you arrive, allowing you to focus on what you do best – delivering high-quality repairs and a great customer experience.

What you will get:

  • Commission with earnings up to £55,000 OTE

What you will be doing:

You’ll carry out mobile cosmetic repairs at customers' homes following insurance claims, including:

  • Minor scuffs and scratches
  • Paint blemishes and stone chips
  • Wings and doors
  • Cosmetic alloy wheel repairs

You will be representing GO Smart directly with our customers, so the quality of the customer experience is just as important as the quality of the repair.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can confidently deliver high-quality repairs without constant supervision. You’ll ideally have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in automotive paint spraying or SMART repair
  • Experience repairing alloy wheels would be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to organise your day and work independently
  • Good timekeeping and reliability
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The right to work in the UK

You will also need to be comfortable with the physical requirements of a mobile technician role.
