We’re launching a new project and new team that will be embedded into an established 20‑year business handling claims and customer service.

Your Role

You will be responsible for investigating and assessing claims on our product range to determine the extent of liability, negotiate fair settlements, detect fraud, and use industry knowledge to work toward a fair resolution.

This includes collecting evidence, inspecting damage, interviewing parties, and collaborating with insurers and claimants.
